📦 Return & Refund Policy — Lamps

We want you to love your lamp's. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — but we ask you to follow the process below so we can keep providing handcrafted quality.

✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging (including any labels, certificates, or protective inserts).

  • The item must be returned with all accessories included. Missing parts may result in a partial refund or refusal.

  • Custom items, engraved items, clearance items, and used glassware are final sale and cannot be returned.

⏱ Return Window

  • You must request a return within 10 days of delivery. Requests after 10 days are not accepted except for damaged/incorrect orders (see below).

📝 How to Request a Return

Email our support team at harryheirlooms@outlook.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear reason for return

  3. Photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged/defect claims)
    You will receive return instructions if your request is approved.

📸 Damage / Incorrect Item Claims

  • For any damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  • If a claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at our expense.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For standard returns (buyers remorse, wrong size, changed mind), customers pay return shipping and must use a tracked & insured shipping method. We recommend using a carrier with delivery confirmation.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (damaged/incorrect item).

💸 Restocking & Inspection

  • All returns are subject to inspection. If the item fails inspection (shows wear, missing packaging, odor, or signs of use), a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

  • A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may apply to approved returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and quality control costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund. (If the item is returned damaged or used, a larger deduction may apply.)

🔒 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Olympouria may be deducted from your refund.

  • Bank/card processors may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return + new purchase. Request a return, then place a new order for the replacement item to guarantee availability.

⚠️ Items Lost in Return Transit

  • We require tracked & insured return shipping. If a return is lost in transit and you cannot provide tracking/proof of shipment, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

🌍 International Orders

  • We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and local taxes.

  • International returns must follow the same return rules above and require tracked & insured return shipping at the buyer’s expense unless the item is damaged/incorrect.

🛡️ Final Notes

  • Olympouria reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws; where local law provides greater rights, those rights will apply.
