Preorder Notice
All current orders are preorders. Your lamp is made to order — it does not exist in a warehouse. It is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. By purchasing you acknowledge and accept the production and shipping timeframes outlined below.
Production Time
Please allow 4–8 weeks for your lamp to be produced, finished, inspected, and prepared for shipment. We do not rush production — every lamp is checked by hand before it leaves the workshop.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after fulfillment. Express shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped with full tracking provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will investigate immediately. Darksider Resin™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control, but we will always work to resolve your issue.
Damaged Orders
Every lamp is carefully packed before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging and we will make it right.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Darksider Resin™ has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
